Ok, i admit that it´s not a very nice expression but nevertheless, grammatically it is absolutely correct
This is American, not stiff British English. I always hear this expression: "i find that very unusual" or "i find this incredible" and stuff like that. So if i were you i would look up my dictionary before nörgeling around

Well I prefer the easier language, i mean why complicated if it goes easy? I have enough complications in life, i don´t need any in my language
