I am looking for used medical books in German language.
Any suggestions rather than the amazon and ebay ?
Can i find medical bookstores in the region of Dortmund?

We have an own section devoted to that at ML (Forenflohmarkt) where users can sell their med books etc. - you can use the search function in case you have a particular title in mind.
As far as bookstores are concerned: a very popular one in Germany is "Lehmanns". You can find your closest store here
