Werde da auch definitiv was schreiben. Habe gerade kurz gegoogelt, und einen aktuellen (2016) Artikel in einem peer-reviewed Journal gefunden (BJA Education):
"... Patients who are asymptomatic can be monitored in the hope of spontaneous remission; otherwise, steroids remain the first-line treatment option. Moderate doses are used in most cases (...), but high doses are given when there is life-threatening disease such as acute respiratory failure, neurological deficit, or cardiac disease.
