After every flight, pilots complete a gripe sheet which conveys to the mechanics
problems encountered with the aircraft during the flight that need repair or
correction. The form is a piece of paper that the pilot completes and then the
mechanics read and correct the problem. They then respond in writing on the
lower half of the form what remedial action was taken and the pilot reviews the
gripe sheets before the next flight.
Never let it be said that ground crews and engineers lack a sense of humor. Here
are some actual logged maintenance complaints and problems as submitted by
Qantas pilots and the solution recorded by maintenance engineers. By the way,
Qantas is the only major airline that has never had any serious accident.
P = The problem logged by the pilot.
S = The solution and action taken by the engineers.)
P: Left inside main tyre almost needs replacement.
S: Almost replaced left inside main tyre.
P: Test flight OK, except auto-land very rough.
S: Auto-land not installed on this aircraft.
P: Something loose in cockpit.
S: Something tightened in cockpit
P: Dead bugs on windshield.
S: Live bugs on back-order.

Last month a worldwide survey was conducted by the United Nations.
The only question asked was:
"Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food
shortage in the rest of the world?"
The survey was a huge failure:
In Africa they didn't know what 'food' meant ...
In Eastern Europe they didn't know what 'honest' meant ...
In Western Europe they didn't know what 'shortage' meant ...
In China they didn't know what 'opinion' meant ...
In the Middle East they didn't know what 'solution' meant ...
In South America they didn't know what 'please' meant ...
And in the USA they didn't know what 'rest of the world' meant.

Tower: "Lufthansa 123 at holding point runway 25 L, hold short traffic on final"
LH123: "Holding short, LH 123"
Pilot der US-Luftwaffe: "LH 123, this is the hercules behind you, please come up to frequency 131,1"
LH 123: "Dear collegues from the US Airforce, we Lufthansapilots are professionals, we don't use any unauthorized frequencies"
Airforce: " tower, can you say the "Professionals" in front of us, that their gearpins are stil in ?"

Upon arriving home, Bev's husband Ken was met at the door by his sobbing wife. Tearfully Bev explained, "It's the pharmacist. He
insulted me terribly this morning on the phone."
Immediately, Ken drove downtown to confront the druggist and demand an apology. Before he could say more than a word or two, the druggist told him, "Now, just a minute, listen to my side of the story."
"This morning the alarm failed to go off, so I was late getting up. I
went without breakfast and hurried out to the car, only to realize
that I locked the house with both house and car keys inside. I had to break a window to get my keys.
"Then driving a little too fast, I got a speeding ticket. When I was
about three blocks from the store, I got a flat tire. When I finally
got here, there was a bunch of people waiting for me to open up. I got the store opened and started waiting on these people and, all the time, the damn phone was ringing off the hook."
He continued, "Then I had to break a roll of nickels against the cash register drawer to make change, and they spilled all over the floor. I got down on my hands and knees to pick up the nickels.
"The phone was still ringing. When I came up, I cracked my head on the open cash drawer which made me stagger back against a showcase with a bunch of perfume bottles on it. All of them hit the floor and broke."
"Meanwhile, the phone is still ringing with no let up, and I finally
got to answer it. It was your wife. She wanted to know how to use a rectal thermometer. And believe me, mister, as God is my witness, all I did was tell her."

ansonsten einfach fragen!
Sagt man: Wir müssen unsere interne Kommunikation verbessern.
weiterhelfen
Anstatt: So a Schas
Sagt man: Ich liebe Herausforderungen
Sagt man: Endlich erkennen Sie deine Kompetenz
Sagt man: Wir müssen unsere Einschulungsprogramme verbessern
