Jedoch ist es das erste offizielle Dokument in dem der MC die Gleichwertigkeit in Aussicht stellt. Ein großer Erfolg.

Möchtest du etwa andeuten, dass vor diesem ominösen Dokument, die Situation in Bezug auf die Gleichwertigkeit des Studiums doch ein klitzekleines bißchen ungewiss und keineswegs so glasklar war, wie von der EDU seit Jahren suggeriert wurde (und noch wird)?

The Medical Council Malta (MCM) and the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA)
have recently met to discuss the subject in caption.

Both entities are hereby confirming that:
Following successful completion of the EDU course and graduation, new graduates may submit an application for registration with the Medical Council Malta for consideration. This does not mean that students will be granted registration automatically.

• As the EDU course, clinical training and all the Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCE) are held in Germany, it is logical and required that the evaluation and eventual certification of the EDU course as being of acceptable standard is carried out by the German Medical Association, or other competent and recognised authority officially entrusted with the recognition of professional medical qualifications in Germany. The German Authorities may wish to build on what MFHEA has already academically accredited and it would therefore behoove EDU to provide all existing documentation and certifications to them. The Medical Council affirms that EDU's request for a certificate of conformity can be considered when the necessary certification from the German competent and recognised authority has been granted.

Das ist doch genau der Stand, der bisher bekannt war. MCM sei nicht zuständig. Leute können versuchen im Einzelfall ne Anerkennung in Malta zu erwirken. Wenn BÄK oder ZAB im Einzelfall Gleichwertigkeit anerkennen soll, ist das letzte Fünkchen Hoffnung erloschen.
Wie lange kann EDU so den Betrieb wohl aufrecht erhalten?

Nein das ist falsch!

Wir haben bereits die richtige deutsche Behörde gefunden, welche uns die Qualität der praktischen Ausbildung bestätigt! Laut Aussage des MC ist diese Bestätigung ausreichend, um automatisch approbiert zu werden! Statt „considered“ wird „granted“ im
nächsten Dokument stehen!
