Ok, von heute: Hb im Blut 5,5 g/dl....ok, denkt ihr, ist ja nicht sooo wild (wenn auch Start bei 17 g/dl vor 1 Woche bei COPD)....aaaaber Hb von 7 g/dl im Aszites!!! (ok, war eher mehr Blut als Aszites....und das Aszitesblut hatte auch noch schönere Blutgase als der Patient ).
Muss wohl jemand bei der Aszitespunktion vor 3 Tagen an ner Caput medusae - Varize entlanggeschrammt sein...und dann Voll-AK mit NMH....die Chirurgen haben geschätzt 30 kg Bauchtücher verbraten heute Pat. lebt aber
